Dhanush’s Uthamaputhiran, a remake of Telugu super hit Ready, has completed 50 successful days at the box office recently.
The film is directed by Mithran K. Jawahar and Genelia plays the female lead.
The film, starring Bhagyaraj, Jayaprakash and Vivek in important roles, was released in more that 600 screens.
Produced by Balaji Studios Pvt. Ltd., Uthamaputhiran is Dhanush’s third movie with Jawahar. The film has tremendous title value, as it is a Sivaji Ganesan super hit title of the 1960s.
